Plant Easter Egg Radishes in well-drained soil and full sun. Sow seeds 1/2 inch deep and 1 inch apart, in rows 6 inches apart. Thin seedlings to 2 inches apart for optimal growth. They prefer cooler weather and mature quickly, in about 25-30 days. Keep soil consistently moist but not waterlogged. Harvest when radishes are about the size of large marbles, pulling gently to avoid disturbing neighboring plants. Regular harvesting prevents overgrowth and ensures crisp, tender radishes. Ideal for succession planting for a continuous crop.
