Blue Hubbard Squash is a large, teardrop-shaped winter squash with hard, bluish-gray skin and sweet, orange flesh. It's appreciated for its nutty flavor, making it versatile for baking, roasting, and soups. To grow, plant seeds in fertile, well-drained soil in full sun after the last frost when the soil warms to at least 60°F. Space plants widely to accommodate sprawling vines. Harvest at approximatly 110 days when the skin hardens and turns a deep blue-gray, usually before the first frost. Store in a cool, dry place to enjoy throughout the winter
